Golf lessons are a great way to improve your golf game and our staff of PGA & LPGA teaching professionals are here to help you take your game to the next level. Whether you are an experienced golfer, novice, or total beginner, our team is here to help you reach your goals and make sure you have fun while you are improving. HEATHER KING, PGA
Heather King, PGA, is an award-winning golf professional, coach, and community leader based in San Diego. A PGA Member since 2014, she brings more than 32 years of competitive golf experience and over 15 years of coaching experience, helping players of all ages advance their skills and confidence.
Heather serves as the Senior Chapter Representative on the Board of Directors for the Southern California Professional Golf Association (SCPGA) and also sits as Secretary on the San Diego Chapter Board of Directors. In these leadership roles, she supports governance, tournament operations, member engagement, and long-term player-development initiatives across the Section and the San Diego Chapter.
A graduate of San Diego State University (2010) and former Division I golf scholarship athlete, Heather blends her competitive background with a passion for mentoring juniors, empowering women, and supporting veterans and active-duty military through golf.

TREVOR SIMSBY, PGA
Trevor is a Carlsbad native who has experienced competitive golf at every level of the game. A Division I scholarship athlete at the University of Washington, he turned professional in 2014 and has since competed—and won—across multiple international tours, including the Korn Ferry, Canadian, European, and Asian Tours, along with a start on the PGA Tour. He has achieved international victories and reached as high as 310 in the Official World Golf Ranking.
More importantly for his students, Trevor brings firsthand knowledge of what it takes to prepare, practice, and perform when it matters most. He understands the demands of tournament golf and translates that experience into practical, results-driven coaching.
Trevor works with golfers of all levels, from beginners picking up a club for the first time to competitive players pursuing elite performance. He meets each student where they are, building a clear and personalized plan for measurable improvement. His coaching emphasizes strong fundamentals, structured practice, and the ability to perform with confidence under pressure—developing skills that truly hold up on the course.
Trevor began playing golf at age 12 and quickly developed a passion for competition and long-term improvement. He is ADM certified and committed to helping every player reach their full potential.
